Individuals and Businesses

If you are an individual or business and have been injured or suffered monetary loss or other injury due to the wrongdoing of another, or if you are in need of representation to defend yourself against allegations of wrongdoing, I can help.  Do not delay, as the law sets certain deadlines for protecting your legal rights.

Do not let the fear of being unable to afford legal representation stop you from consulting with me.  There are several options that may be available for payment of legal services, depending on the type of case and other factors.  One potential way to make legal fees afforable is to hire me to perform "limited scope representation" (sometimes referred to as "unbundled services"), in which you represent yourself with my assistance on specific legal tasks, such as helping you to respond to discovery requests or preparing or defending an important motion.  Limited scope representation is not right for every case, but it can be a valuable tool which allows you to obtain attorney assistance for the more complex legal tasks while handling routine matters yourself.

Please call me at (626) 789-1980 or e-mail me at   Your initial consultation is free.

In these tough economic times, attorneys are spending more time than ever in networking and client development, leaving less time to perform actual legal services.  I can help by offering litigation support on a long or short-term project basis, allowing you to hire experience while avoiding the overhead expense of an employee.  With low overhead and flexible schedule, I am available when you need me and can provide services at competitive rates.

I also offer consultation services which provide you with "another set of eyes" to review your case and develop a strategy which will assist you in efficiently and effectively meeting the litigation objectives of your clients.

Services Available:

  • Court Appearances (law and motion, second chair, conferences and ex parte)
  • Legal Research (Westlaw and Casetext)
  • Drafting Pleadings (complaints, answers, demurrers, petitions)
  • Law and Motion (preparing or defending motions and ex parte applications)
  • Anti-SLAPP motions
  • Discovery (propounding or responding to written discovery requests)
  • Depositions (taking or defending)
  • Trial Preparation (exhibit and witness lists, motions in limine, jury instructions, pre-trial conference orders, and verdict forms)
  • Writs and Appeals

Please see my resume for details of my experience.  I am proficient in both Word and Word Perfect.

Please call me at (626) 789-1980 or email me at and let me know how I can be of assistance.
