Do not let the fear of being unable to afford legal representation stop you from consulting with me.  There are several options that may be available for payment of legal services, depending on the type of case and other factors.  One potential way to make legal fees afforable is to hire me to perform "limited scope representation" (sometimes referred to as "unbundled services"), in which you represent yourself with my assistance on specific legal tasks, such as helping you to respond to discovery requests or preparing or defending an important motion.  Limited scope representation is not right for every case, but it can be a valuable tool which allows you to obtain attorney assistance for the more complex legal tasks while handling routine matters yourself.  ​
